Program Director

Annual Salary: $50,000—$60,000 DO, 35 hours/ week

General responsibilities: Skagit DVSAS is seeking a Program Director to manage our Domestic Violence Shelter and supportive services, Legal Advocacy, Sexual Assault Services, and Support Group programs. The ideal candidate will have at least two year’s of experience providing advocacy to domestic violence and sexual assault victims and at least two years of management experience. Candidates must also have the ability to work with individuals from diverse economic, cultural and social backgrounds and be committed to working towards the agency’s mission of ending domestic violence and sexual assault in our community.

Development Coordinator

Annual Salary: $40,000-$46,000, Full-time, Temporary, Non-exempt

General responsibilities: The Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating agency fundraising and marketing, for researching, writing, and reporting on grants, and for managing and maintaining the agency’s social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising and grant writing, be proficient in working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and social media, previous experience coordinating special events and public relations activities, demonstrated success in soliciting donations, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with donors, volunteers, and the community.

Immigrant Services Coordinator

Wage: $15-$19/hr., Based on grant funding.

General responsibilities: As a member of the staff team, the Immigrant Services Coordinator will work collaboratively with state and local grant partners to bring advocacy services to immigrant victims of DV and SA and help them access their rights under the VAWA. This position will educate community leaders and fellow staff on issues affecting immigrant victims; ensure underserved populations have access to agency services; participate fully in all agency programs; deliver a weekly educational radio show; and build capacity for the agency to serve immigrant victims effectively beyond the term of the grant.
